As evidence of this commitment, we have obtained important international certifications that recognize the seriousness of our work and strengthen the trust of our customers and partners.
We have been certified since 2013 FSSC 22000, a guarantee of food safety throughout the entire production chain, and since 1998, ISO 9001, which certifies attention to organizational processes and customer satisfaction. We have also achieved the ISO 50001, which certifies the responsible management of energy resources and the reduction of environmental impact.
These are accompanied by the Certification Halal, which guarantees the compliance of our processes and products with the requirements set by Islamic food law, ensuring the control of raw materials, traceability and production management according to the standards required for the reference markets.
We value the naturalness and provenance of our raw materials in compliance with organic production regulations, thanks to important certifications: Bioagricert, NOP for the US market, Bio Suisse and Naturland.
Added to these is the suitability ABM (Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI), which certifies compliance with the specific requirements set for this protected designation product.
