Thanks to the refining process, using ion-exchange resins, of the whole fruit juice, we are able to preserve the authenticity of each fruit's natural sugars. Subsequent concentration improves the product's shelf life, without the addition of artificial preservatives, facilitating storage and use, and making the product more practical and versatile for various applications in the food and beverage industry.
